Located near East Falls Church metro and just off Broad St (Route 7), Winter Hill is a quaint condo community in Falls Church City. It’s an ideal location for commuters, just moments from I-66, I-495, Tysons Corner, McLean, and Arlington. And let’s not forget it’s just steps to the Original Pancake House. The condos are townhouse style, with two levels, and were built in 1948. They range in price from the mid $200,000s to the upper $300s. There is also within Winter Hill fee simple properties that are generally 3 finished levels built in the 1970s that range from the mid $400s to nearly $500,000.
Not to be confused with these two neighborhoods, nearby there is also the Winter Hill apartments, six two-story row buildings with units rented exclusively to income eligible residents with annual incomes at or below 60% of Area Median Income.
