Falls Church Neighborhoods: Churchill Square

Churchill Square is community of 106 townhouses built in 1978. Located near the intersection of Leesburg Pike (Rt. 7) and I-66, Churchill Square is convenient to major commuter routes and is less than one mile from the West Falls Church metro station.

The neighborhood is just one mile east of the shopping and restaurants of Tysons Corner. Churchill Square earns a walk score of 52, or “somewhat walkable.” Seven restaurants are within a half mile, including local favorites Open Kitchen Bistro and Jason’s Deli. Downtown Falls Church is about a mile to the east with its many restaurants and shops.

Currently, two homes are actively listed for sale in Churchill Square, according to MRIS, our local MLS. Both have three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. One has an asking price of $509,900 and the other is listed for $529,000. Neither of those is a short sale or foreclosure.

One home is currently under contract in the neighborhood. It also has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, with an asking price of $511,900.

In the past year, six homes have changed hands in Churchill Square. They sat on the market for an average of just 36 days and had an average sales price of $488,983. None of the homes that sold last year were short sales or foreclosures.
