Woodlake Towers is a community of approximately 831 condos situated on a 27-acre campus. The community offers 26 different floor plans to suit many needs. Mature trees dot the campus, and the community includes an on-site grocery.  Other amenities include three fitness rooms, sauna rooms, tennis courts, two swimming pools, guest rooms, storage space, bike rooms, and picnic areas. Woodlake Towers also offers three conference rooms, a 24-hour staff, and fax and copying services.

Located on Arlington Boulevard near Seven Corners, Woodlake Towers is convenient to major commuting routes and is nearly three miles from both the East Falls Church and Ballston metro stations.

With a walk score of 49, Woodlake Towers is considered “car dependent.” However, dozens of restaurants are within a mile of residents’ front doors, including local favorites DogFish Head Ale House and Raaga. Three parks are also nearby: Upton Hill Regional Park, Powhatan Springs Park, and Bluemont Park, which includes Four Mile Run Trail and part of the Bluemont Junction Trail.
