Annalee Heights is a community of approximately 250 single-family homes. Construction in the neighborhood started in the early 1950s, but in the past several years, some of the older homes have been torn down and new homes have been built in their place.

Located just south of Arlington Boulevard (Route 50), Annalee Heights is convenient to major commuting routes, such as the Beltway and Annandale Road. The neighborhood is also located a little more than two miles from the East Falls Church metro station.

Annalee Heights earns a walk score of 35, or “car dependent.” However, more than a dozen restaurants are located within a mile of residents’ front doors, including local favorites Present and Bentley’s. Three parks are also nearby for residents’ enjoyment.

Newer home in Annalee Heights

Currently, just three homes are listed for sale in Annalee Heights, according to MRIS, our local MLS. Two of the homes for sale are Cape Cods, and are listed for $360,000 and $380,000. The house that’s listed for $360,000 has three bedroom and two baths, while the home listed at $380,000 has four bedrooms and one bathroom. The third house for sale is a 2,720-square-foot colonial with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, and it’s listed for $550,000. None of the homes listed for sale are short sales or foreclosures.

No homes are currently under contact in Annalee Heights.

In the past year, just six homes have changed hands in Annalee Heights. The average sales price for those homes was $343,500, and they sat on the market for an average of just 20 days before selling. One of the homes that sold was a short sale, and two were foreclosures.
